Meditation - the Essentials

This course is being offered for the first time in the ashram and combines two 5-day residential retreats with 6 months of online teaching input. It is specifically designed for those who live busy lives and perhaps live a long distance from the ashram.

Renovation work

This winter while the ashram is closed to visitors (re opening Feb 21st) there is extensive renovation work happening, including the practice hall, a new bathroom upstairs in the main building and a renovated women's shower and toilet block. Funded partly by donation and partly through ashram funds.

2017 ashram courses

Some of the 2017 ashram residential courses are now available. They include courses with Swami Nishchalananda, Swami GyanDharma plus other ashram teachers. Further 2017 courses will be listed very soon including a longer course, staged over 3 long weekends, on Bringing Yoga and Meditation into Our Daily Life – based on the practices of the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra
