How to Book an Ashram Course

So you’ve decided which course/s you wish to come to and maybe you’ve emailed/phoned the ashram office to check there are still spaces (certainly advisable for late bookings).

The next step is to go ahead and book. The following options can make it as simple as possible for you to confirm a place and for the Ashram to process your booking.

Bank Transfer
•    Email or call the ashram with the details of the course(s) you wish to book, and we will email you our bank details
•    Download and complete the Personal Information Form
•    Pay deposit by bank transfer (giving your surname as a reference)
•    Send the completed personal information form via email to the ashram office – email@mandalayoga.freeserve.co.uk

Credit or Debit Card
•    Download and complete the Personal Information Form
•    Email the form to the ashram office – email@mandalayoga.freeserve.co.uk - along with details of the course(s) you wish to book.
•    Call the ashram office to make payment using your card

Cheque
•    Download, print and complete the Personal Information Form
•    Post the completed form together with details of the course(s) you wish to book, and a cheque for your deposit, made payable to Mandala Yoga Ashram, to the ashram address - Mandala Yoga Ashram, Pantypistyll, Llansadwrn, Llanwrda, SA19 8NR, UK

If possible please always make any payments by bank transfer or card, on the same day, or a near as possible, to the Booking/Personal Information Forms being sent to us. It helps us match payments.

Improved system for 2016 courses: You now only need to give us your personal information once and there are no longer any forms to fill out when you arrive. Even if you have completed a course registration form previously, kindly complete the personal information form as part of this new and improved system.

We look forward to welcoming you to the ashram and to making your stay here as beneficial as possible.
