Yoga Nidra - heart based practice

This Yoga Nidra was delivered by resident teacher Mukti Mani during the recent Sacred Feminine course (September 2018). The recording lasts around 40 minutes and is focused on exploring the heart space. The practice is inspired by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (see http://www.wombyoga.org/ for more information on her work).

The recording is open for anyone to use but please note that one section includes visualisation of the womb - it is generally suggested that if you are a woman who has had a hysterectomy that you can still engage with this practice working with the energetic space of the womb.
